Hardware Support

Regular maintenance is essential on any system and only the use of original spare parts can guarantee the required levels of accuracy, as well as the warrantee that our factory guarantee gives. Apollo Scientifics’ hardware support is designed to provide you with:

• One Routine Preventative Maintenance per annum
• Annual SANAS certified calibration of the primary load cell of either tension or compression.
• Unlimited telephone support
• Routine services as per manufacture specifications
• Replacement of purchased parts where required
• Annual SANAS certified calibration of force, speed, displacement and temperature
